Please note that due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds.

However, if your item arrives damaged, we are here to help. Please contact us immediately at aklassykreation@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your items. We kindly ask that you provide details and, if possible, images of the damage.

If the damage occurred on behalf of A'Klassy Kreation, we will gladly exchange your items for you. Our aim is to ensure your satisfaction with our products and services.
